Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), or on back order with a definite date when they will be in stock we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Shipping time will vary if the order was accepted on a pre/back order basis. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com.

NEW COVID RELATED DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information and packaging material. Please email us at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com to request a Return.
Refunds will be applied to original Credit Card and will equal the purchase price MINUS(1) our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and (2) 20% restocking fee,(which includes CC processing that is kept by the bank and not refunded to us) and (3) Return shipping to our warehouse. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse staff to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts, packaging or product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.
Refused deliveries or deliveries that are returned due the customer not scheduling a delivery appointment that are not covered under our Damaged Goods Policy will be refunded the original purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to and from the delivery location and a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation If you need to cancel an order it must be canceled before the shipment leaves the warehouse or it will be considered a refused delivery.
If your Credit card has been charge and you cancel we must charge a 5% cancellation fee as the Credit Cards do not refund their processing fee.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that damage may occur during transit and we will replace any product damaged during transit. It is important for you to inspect all merchandise on arrival and refuse delivery on any product that has noticeable damage. Please notify us if you refuse delivery so that we can expect the return shipment. If the package looks slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when signing for and accepting the shipment. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery as we are required to file damage claims to our freight carrier within this time frame. Please email customer support at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com to report any damage to your shipment. We will send the Freight Carrier to your location to retrieve the damaged merchandise and will promptly send a replacement. Our remedy for Damaged/Defective Goods will be either replacement parts or a new replacement of the same model at no charge.
